第15届国际数学教育大会（The 15th International Congress on Mathematics Education，简称ICME-15）将于2024年7月7日—14日在澳大利亚悉尼举办。日前，ICME-15官网正式发布了第二轮会议通知。
通知内容包括ICME-15的简介、ICME-15的组织委员会、大会 和社会项目信息、大会活动时间表、大会注册以及如何申请会议资助、大会会场及交通等有关内容。
通知公布了4位大会报告人（Plenary lectures）的简介、2个大会团体报告(Plenary Panels)和5个专题调查组报告(Survey Team Reports)的介绍、62位邀请报告人（Invited Lectures）的信息（截止2023年4月28日的数据）、54个专题研究组（Topic Study Groups, TSGs）的主题和团队名单以及如何向TSGs投稿的说明、讨论组和工作坊的介绍等 内容。
从第二轮会议通知中可了解目前来自中国（包括港澳台）的学者参加ICME-15 的情况：有4位中国学者受邀作大会邀请报告；15位学者作为专题研究组的团队主席或成员参加了TSGs的组织筹备工作。
